About Video Translate

Video Translate is an in-browser AI dubbing tool: one upload becomes dubbed MP4s in up to 23 languages while keeping your speaking voice character and the original background music—subject to the limits below.

Video Translate is for teams and creators who need more than subtitles: you upload one talking-head or voice-over video and get a dubbed MP4 where the speaker still sounds like you, the background music stays in the mix, and new speech follows the same timing as your edit—so one file can reach audiences in 23 languages without booking a new narrator for every market.

How processing works

Under the hood the workflow is straightforward: we separate vocals from the rest of the track, translate the spoken script, synthesize speech in a cloned voice, place it back on the original timeline, then remix instrumentals, room tone, and ambience with the new dialogue so the final video still feels like your cut—just in another language.

What fits (and what doesn't)

Practically, that means 23 supported languages with the same list for source and target, MP4/MOV or WebM files up to 500 MB per upload, and best results on clear single-speaker narration—when someone is hard to hear, overlapped, or the audio is noisy, quality drops like with any speech-heavy pipeline. You choose source and target languages yourself; there is no automatic language guessing. Each job covers one file at a time—no batch queue yet—and you bring the file from disk; link-based imports are not supported.
